The information I learned about burning fat helped me lose about 70bls in 6 months after my first baby was born.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the most important principles in getting sexy abs is losing body fat. I believe that most people see fat loss as a matter of consumed calories versus spent calories.   When you burn more calories than you eat during the day it is assumed you will lose weight.    This is only part of the whole story.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've learned over time that certain exercises will burn more fat than other exercises.  I've also learned that certain foods will fill you up and burn more calories faster. Once you begin to understand that there are some rules to fat loss you can lose weight in less time. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another thing I've learned:  if you do the same workout too long it will stop your fat loss progress.   Eventually you hit a plateau or in my case you start to put some more weight back on because your body gets used to the routine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To continue through a plateau and increase your body's fat burning capacity you must change your workout and the food you eat.   So, that's when I started to look for a different workout to do. I came across a program on the internet about how to get abs which claimed to be the #1 program for abs. It was inexpensive so I decided to give it a try.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Much to my surprise I lost an inch around my waist the first week after starting the program.   I also started seeing more definition in my hips and thighs.
